Eleven tabs. Three apps. One Kairo.
Calendars, learning systems, storage, collaboration tools. Kairo reads what's already happening and folds it into one calm picture. No scraping. No silent training. Just the layer on top.
Calendar — Google, Outlook, Apple, ICS
Two-way sync with the calendar you already have. Events you create in Kairo flow back. Events from outside show up here.
Learning systems
Canvas, Blackboard, Google Classroom, Moodle, D2L Brightspace. Part of the Student Workspace on Pro.
Storage — Drive, Notion
Attach Drive files inline. Link Notion pages into events and notes. Pro feature.
Collaboration — Slack
A calm digest of your week in your Space's channel. Push reminders from a Slack message. Pro feature.
Workflow automations
Quiet recurring tasks (Pro on personal, included on Pro-hosted Spaces). Nothing fires without your approval the first time.
Open by design
Every integration auth'd directly with you. One-click revoke. Kairo never trains on your connected data.
What it looks like in your week
"Canvas + Google Calendar + Drive. Every class, every assignment, every shared doc lands in one place."
"Google Workspace, Notion, Slack. Kairo is the calm operating layer on top of them all."
"Outlook + Drive + Slack. One shared Space, one truth of what's happening this week."
The ones people ask first
- Canvas, Google Classroom, Moodle, and D2L Brightspace — live course sync is part of Pro. Today on Plus and Pro you can upload a syllabus PDF and Kairo turns it into events, tasks, and notes automatically. As the live LMS sync rolls out, Pro accounts will be able to point Kairo at their course feed and have syllabi, assignments, and due dates flow in continuously.
- Free covers calendar, tasks, notes, 1-on-1 sharing, Quick Capture parsing, and basic quizzes from your notes. Plus adds one-shot AI utilities — YouTube → notes, Smart Notes recording, syllabus AI extraction, travel intelligence, document summaries — plus more storage and the ability to join teams others host. Pro adds the conversational layer: Kairo Copilot, AI in notes (summarize · brainstorm · ask), AI-generated quizzes, host advanced team workspaces with roles and automations, plus max AI throughput.
- No. Your notes, calendar, tasks, and team content are never used to train models — yours or anyone else's. We only send the slice of context needed to fulfill a specific request, and we don't retain prompts for training.
